La fórmula clásica para calcular el tiempo estándar o tiempo estimado (TE) de un proyecto considerando tiempos optimistas y pesimistas es la fórmula de la técnica PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique), adaptado al precio de cierre.

Esta metodología utiliza un promedio ponderado que da más peso al escenario más probable. La fórmula matemática es:

PE = (L+4C+H) / 6
