Which plan should I purchase?

GoCharting sells plans based on the market you are interested in trading. For India markets (NSE/BSE) choose an India plan. For Forex or Crypto choose the relevant global plan. Visit the pricing page for full details.

What is the meaning of Concurrent 25 Charts?

The premium plan gives you access to launch a certain number of concurrent realtime live charts across tabs, windows and devices depending on the plan. Any chart exceeding that limit will render EOD data.

What happens if my card is not accepted during subscription process?

Accepted Answer

GoCharting uses Stripe and Razorpay for processing. Stripe accepts all valid debit/credit cards. Please ensure that international transaction is enabled on your card. If you continue to face issues please contact your bank.

Is my payment card details saved securely?

Accepted Answer

We use Stripe and Razorpay for processing your payment. GoCharting team does NOT have access to your card details. Your card information is directly routed and secured by the payment gateway.

I have successfully subscribed. Where do I see my billing details?

How can I upgrade/cancel my plan?

Accepted Answer

You will be charged at the beginning of every billing cycle. To upgrade or cancel your plan go to the Billing page. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your plan.

How can I get a refund?

No Refunds. Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation you will continue to have access through the end of your current billing period.

Check the following: 1) Login — you must be logged in with the same email you made the payment with. 2) Plan — GoCharting has plans based on the market. 3) Quota — you can get live feed for up to 25 concurrent charts at a time.

Does my subscription auto-renew?

Accepted Answer

If you made the purchase as an auto-recurring subscription, yes, you will be charged at the beginning of every billing cycle automatically. You can cancel before the next billing cycle via the Billing Page. If you have chosen One Time Subscription mode, it works like prepaid plan with no auto renewals at the end of the cycle
